What is ecopsychology?
Ecopsychology is a highly useful approach for supporting wellbeing, knowledge and effective action for our changing times.
It is both a disciplinary field and practice that explores the interconnection of personal and planetary health and well-being. Globally the field of ecopsychology has emerged in recent decades as a recognised, evidence-based discipline, however in Australia we have few experienced specialists offering support, training or advice.
Our team draws on the knowledge and tools of ecopsychology and other fields and applies them together in a purposeful, meaningful supportive approach.
