Joyality for Young People

THE JOYALITY PROGRAM

Our original and signature course including the toolkit of 36 practises, was created with and for young adults aged 16-25 and has yet proved valuable to all ages! Participants have described The Joyality Program as a life changing and transformational journey. This program combines individual exploration and discovery (using online resources and audio files), with small group sessions facilitated either in person or online via Zoom over 8 weeks. We work with existing local groups, and also call together change makers from around the world.

Be nurtured and resourced to be able to Stay awake, Connect and Act in ways that support you to thrive. Be encouraged to develop your personal passion project and take meaningful actions for personal and planetary wellbeing.

In-person and/or Online

2-4 hours per week over 8 weeks

Recommended ages 16-106 years! (6- 12 participants per group)

“I feel like this Program has reminded me all of the things I had forgotten - to love myself and those around me, to realize my own potential to achieve, to allow myself to feel vulnerable and weak and frustrated at times, but to take those emotions and feed them into pro-active positive change. I feel that I have deeply connected with the other participants … and that this journey we have shared will sit deeply in my heart forever. Thank you Joyality!”

- Sophie Wilksch, artist & builder, founder of Shedding Community Workshop

JOYALITY 4 KIDS

This adaptation of The Joyality Program engages upper primary school children in age-appropriate lessons and games exploring their experience of environmental and social issues, including climate change. Facilitators take a positive, solutions-based approach; encouraging nature connection, and emotional expression and support. J4K sessions are also held with parents and teachers, to resource their support for the children in their care.

Children and their carers feel supported and hopeful in the face of challenges we are facing in the world. They come away with tools for resilience and empowered action taking.

In person (preferably in outdoor location), 4-5 hours

Recommended age 9-12years (+parents and teachers)
